Horrible employee you have there the date is 12-17-25 the time is 4:48 so who ever that is instantly had a nasty attitude when i ask Kindly to heat my grilled chicken in the small oven all subways have and do instead of him trying to microwave the grilled chicken and he insist that’s the way and i insist that I’ve bin to multiple subways and they never microwave my food then caught a fit and just looked at me and after that i felt Very uncomfortable and i just Told him never mind and ask where i can Find a number where i can Write a review found the scan next to the register. I’ll never come back to this subway again horrible experience

Come here multiple times a week and honestly I’ve had a great experience every time. The staff is great, always greeted me nicely, and very friendly. Don’t let the negative reviews distract you, these people are great and they deserve a lot more respect. Besides that they are very attentive and I’ve never gotten anything other than exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend.

I’m giving this store one star I wish I gave the non because they’re so unprofessional everytime I order food from them it’s always a problem. I ordered from door far and 9:30 and appetite someone else took my sandwhich so the lady at the counter wouldn’t remake the sandwhich and give it to the driver. So door dash assigned me a new driver and this driver was trying to get the lady to remake the sandwich because again I didn’t get my food. It’s only problem that they just allowed anyone to get my sandwhich if they even did take my food because after the second driver kept pleading for her to make the food she kept saying they were about to close meanwhile they close at 10:30 it’s 9:38 at this point. She proceeded to kicked him out and lock the doors on him. Im going there personally to re

They have very poor customer service. For the amount you pay, they give very little. I ordered three footlongs and the amount of quantity in the sandwich for all three should have been in one. When we informed them, they started arguing. Definitely not coming back here. Worst Subway in Queens. Stay away if you want to get quantity and quality for your money.
