Subway

I used to come to this location all the time when i was younger and recently during this month of May but today 05/29/2023 I had the worse experience, the person behind the counter had an attitude because i wanted extra vegetables and my sandwich was smashed because I wanted that white piece of paper around my sandwich along with the logo paper. I honestly didn't think it was a big deal but I'm a paying customer and it's a piece of parchment paper to keep the amount of sauce they put on there from getting all over me. I understand that the company it'sself doesn't want to include the parchment but I as someone who is paying you money just asked if it could be kept around the sandwich so that I can have a sturdy hold when taking it out the bag. The two ladies inside were so amazing and so sweet!! The food was great as well!

The food was great and the service too. I accidentally left my purse there and didn't realize it for over an hour, drove back to get it and they had it with all my belongings still intact! There are still honest people in this world! Would definitely eat here again!

So I went in today. Customer service was pretty good but the bread was old and 15 dollars for one sandwich and bag of chips is ridiculous..

I gave them an unexpired coupon to purchase a buy one footlong get one free that didn't have an exclusion for either sandwich. I was informed that my sandwiches didn't qualify based upon a list of theirs that was behind the register that could not be seen. I kindly left the sandwiches there.
