Subway

This is the only subway we eat at because everything is usually fresh and tasty. However, today was a disaster instead of the Italian bread we requested we got plain white, and it was stale and hard as a rock. The sandwich was sloppy and the lettuce had seen better days. Hopefully this was a one off because we really want to support the family that owns this franchise, but I’m hesitant to ever go back. It was a waste of our $17

I was in line, waited my turn to order, while in the middle of making my sub, the girl stopped making my sub and finished making the sub for the girl behind me and then checked her out. I told the girl that is rude and my time is just as important as the girl behind me and she should have waited her turn. I was told if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to buy it. She was very rude, unprofessional. Lee Zachery at the bowling alley is better service than her.

This is hands down the best fast food spot in the area. The owners and the staff are amazing! They work together like a well oiled machine, they remember details, and even remember your name. This feels more like going to a neighborhood deli than a Subway. The place is so clean and everything is so fresh. I usually don’t review places but these people deserve 5 stars all around.

Good people working there get your sandwich done quickly and cleanly

Poor customer service. Tried multiple times to order through the app and online to get the 6.99 deal that was offered. Neither way worked so I called the store to let them know the issue and was told "yea that happens sometimes but you can just come to the store and we can take care of it here" spent over half my lunch break driving to the store and waiting in line only to get to the checkout and be told they actually couldn't honor it because it was only for online orders....
