Sublime Cupcakes

Ordered online 24 Cupcakes they looked fantastic. A bit dry but I have no clue about baking so I’m thinking it’s ok. They tasted great and everyone loved them.

I order from here regularly and give these as presents. I was here Tuesday December 16, 2025 at 4 PM. I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the cupcakes. I ordered 6 cupcakes: 2 cookies and cream ,vanilla, egg nog, snickers doodle and chocolate grenade. Cupcakes were dry and near stale. I was embarrassed when my neighbors told me. I'm willing to pay for quality products. Today, your product was NOT quality. 6 pack of cupcakes $21. My trip here was not worth it.

Ordered two dozen cupcakes on Tuesday afternoon for pickup at 11:00 on Wednesday morning. Drove 45 minutes to Wyomissing only to learn upon arrival that they only had 18 cupcakes!! Not ideal. Not sure of purpose of ordering in advance if they can't supply the product. Also I was not contacted concerning this even though they had my cell phone and email data??

They have the best cupcakes and my favorite is the Oreo cupcake definitely my go-to cupcake place

They need to go back to the plastic individual separated cupcake holders and ditch the brown cardboard box. The plastic kept them fresh. In the box the icing was so dry it just popped right off the cupcake and crumbled.
