Another great visit! One of my fiancé and I’s go-to spots. Great selections of drinks and rotating specials. Rum punch was delicious! Everything came out great. We enjoyed the oysters, arancini (special), chop salad, black cod (special) and the swordfish. Emily took great care of us we’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely outstanding experience. The food was incredible—both the Paella and the Cioppino were packed with fresh seafood, bold flavor, and cooked perfectly and very generous portions! Huge shout-out to Shamus, the bartender—amazing service and equally amazing drinks. Friendly, attentive, and clearly knows his craft, which made the night even better. Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!
The server asked me what I wanted. I put the menu down. I said “What I want is not on the menu, but the cook will know. Tell him a Texan 1500 miles from home wants to take a culinary tour of New England”. He understood the assignment. 👏 The following photos document what was brought to the table. I didn’t know what was coming until it arrived. I didn’t order the food. I ordered an experience, and resigned myself to accept whatever was presented no matter what my personal preferences or bias may be. I have had really good luck with this method in my travels. Thank you Sturbridge Seafood for a night I will never forget. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely amazing!! Service was phenomenal, drinks are delicious (maple new fashioned and spiced apple), and food was to die for as we had the clam chowder fries and fish + chips. Price is excellent for the portion sizes and even the dessert is delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I visited this restaurant and sat at the bar. It was on a Thursday night and they had a fairly full house. I was able to sit down immediately though. The beer selection is good with some nice local and non-local craft beers. For me being in Massachusetts meant that I had to order clam chowder. This version did not disappoint. It had a couple of different ingredients in it that still allowed it to remain very authentic, but gave it just enough difference to make it unique, very tasty and I would recommend it. The grilled shrimp were very large nice size they were cooked properly and the preparation was delicious. My only little criticism was the amount of olive oil that they left or put in the bottom of the plate. It did ruin the bread. That being said, I would just order it without th
