Stuffed

There is something odd about this place. Menu looks great, but dumplings were meh, bland. No line when I ordered, and it took FOREVER, much longer than elsewhere we ordered from after placing an order here. I can't even find a website (other than Toast tab) or social page. When I ordered, I didn't even get a receipt despite opting for one.

They have corrected this order but this mistake shouldn't have happened in the first place. Got the steamed pork and chive dumplings and it came raw inside. My friend got a bun too and the inside was frozen prior to the exchange. Please make sure your staff is closer trained on proper food safety protocol and cooking times!

I love this place because it’s so close to my house, very quick, and vegetarian friendly. I honestly eat here all the time. However, the quality of the buns (which is my go to order) is very inconsistent. Sometimes they taste like I’m biting into a beautiful tasty cloud and other times the dough is more tough and the rise is way off. When the space originally opened, the style of buns were extraordinary but lately the quality hasn’t been great. I’m going to continue to eat here but I feel like I’m making a gamble lately when I’m placing my order

Spicy pork dumplings and the veggie dumplings were a bit hit. Nice and spicy and stuffed well, presented beautifully and great for sharing. We also tried the custard buns and while the buns were the right texture and served warm, the custard stuffing was just plain. I would skip these next time. Overall, a delicious meal and good service. Stuffed is a winner.
