Strong Hearts

First time stopping in for a little snacks snack! I love vegan Mac and cheese and I enjoy trying every vegan restaurant’s “cheese” offerings. This place has excellent shell pasta Mac and cheese it was super creamy and had a nice flavor. The atmosphere was bright and it had ample outdoor seating. I also got a coconut “milk” shake which hit the spot! The baker cabinet looked amazing but ai was already so full from the Mac! Definitely a great spot to check out in Syracuse. Also has a very nice and outgoing staff! I felt welcome right away!

There are no vegan options at SYR so I stopped at Strong Hearts on the way. Grabbed the Rueben sandwich and didn’t get to eat til after I parked, made it through security, and found my gate. By that time, it was no longer hot but it was still delicious. Additionally everyone at the restaurant was very kind and the sandwich came out lightning fast. As a meat and cheese lover (trying to eat less of both), I’m so glad I tried this place- it’s delicious! I also felt more full after just half my meal, which usually doesn’t happen. Will definitely be back!! I got the sassy chicken sandwich with truffle fries and it was all so good!!!

We sought out this all vegan restaurant while dropping our son for camp at Syracuse. The food was outstanding, and the vibe is fun and bright. We ordered more comfort type foods which were quite tasty. The Mac and cheese was especially nice.

Just turned vegan on the 1st of the year I had the sweet sassy molassy and truffle fries and my wife had the chicken Caesar salad salad( the chicken tasted like real chicken shockingly ) it was all amazing I will deff be back often thank you strong hearts
