Strawberry House B & B

The bed and breakfast is charming, clean, and comfortable. The host Maria is welcoming and made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. You can really tell she care about the guests. Thank you Maria for our wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights ago. Maria, the hostess, was so very nice and accommodating. Ample parking, great breakfast, wonderful mattress and pillows, fridge in the room and the decorating was beyond fabulous in the Cowboy room. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Great old home! Some feedback issues are the bed was high, (had to climb in with a bad knee) a small footstool would have been nice; our room was close to the road and you could hear the traffic; and my husband stated the shower water was not very hot. All that said I would definately stay there again but on the bottom floor as the bedrooms are in the back of the house.

From the moment we arrived, Maria’s warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, greeting us with genuine kindness and treating us more like family than guests. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious — and the portions were huge! Every plate was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and more than enough to keep us satisfied well into the afternoon. It’s clear a lot of thought and care goes into every meal. The rooms and decor were one of our favorite parts of the experience. Each space feels like stepping into a whimsical, museum-like world full of creativity and charm. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful long weekend here. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved learning all the history associated with the house. We would fix a cup of tea at night and sit on the front porch. Maria, our hostess, was precious. She prepared amazing, HUGE breakfasts and always checked to be sure we were satisfied. We both felt as if we had made a new friend by the time we left. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful visit for 2 nights at this bed and breakfast. The host was amazing and personable to make sure we were well taken care of. Our only issues were the road was busy and noisy. The tub was not usable because of a issue and only was aloud to use the shower.
