Stoke Haus Brewing & Barbecue

Stoke Haus is a spot where both the pitmaster and the brewer are clearly very talented. My husband and I tried the English mild, pale ale, West Coast IPA, and Baltic porter—every beer was fantastic: clean, well-executed, and true to style. As far as food is concerned, we ordered fries, slaw, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage, and everything was done really well. The pitmaster runs a large, heavy-duty smoker out back and does Texas-style BBQ the right way. The coleslaw had an even balance of mayo and vinegar (which I prefer), and the BBQ sauces were excellent. We also loved that they make their own in-house syrups for the sodas, which is a small detail that says a lot about their care and craft. And the Nintendo 64 setup was the cherry on top. Finally visited on a night they serve the brisket burger and omigawd it was delicious!! Everything I've ever tried has always been so tasty. Highly recommend the ribs and brisket and the mac n cheese is bomb too!! Do yourself a favor and go check them out. Plus, super tasty craft beer too!!

The BEST BBQ in Nashville! I’ve had the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork- it’s all good. I used to live in Memphis, and I like this place better. Walking by the big smoker on the way in lets you know they’re serious. Beers are excellent and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Classic video game console and craft soda keep the kids entertained. This place can’t be beat!

Not often do I get to confidently say that "this was the best meal I have ever had in my life", but I had to say it after vacationing in Nashville. The man cooking the food was extremely friendly and nice and even checked on us halfway thru eating to make sure it was good. The bartenders were extremely friendly and welcoming to someone who is obviously not local. The weekly special "Brisket burger" was so delicious I cannot even express in words. This is one of those "I HAVE TO tell everyone I know about this place right now" food joints :). Will 100% come back again next time I am ANYWHERE nearby. Oh, and this meal did fill me up deliciously, for a cost LESS THAN A CHAIN RESTURAUNT LIKE RAISING CANES PER MEAL.

This is hands down the best barbecue in all of Nashville. If you do the usual Google search, you’ll get the mainstream spots — and that’s not what you want. The real gems are the newer, hip places that actually have something to prove, and this spot absolutely delivers. The dry-rub ribs are a must — incredible flavor. The brisket is insanely moist and cooked perfectly, and the pulled pork is to die for. Honestly, everything we tried was fantastic. It’s attached to a brewery, which makes it even better. Amazing food, great vibe, and an easy 5/5 stars. 1000% recommend.
