St.Louis Fish & Chicken Grill -HALLSFERRY

Today ny husband wanted whole wings but he loves the taste of the party wings which is seasoned and coated a bit different than the original wings. I inquired if that could be prepared party wings style and with a big smile it was done and OMG..was it good. The hubs really enjoyed those wings.. anytime I request something not exactly menu form..they have gone above and beyond. Thank you to each employee we appreciate you highly. Just a note: the store is always neat and clean..even when I mentioned the need for newer chairs..guess what..next time I came in, the chairs were much better. So patrons our comments are heard. I eat here regularly. haven’t had any problems at all. The cashier’s a good sweet lady.I’m always ordering as “call-in” & it’ll ready just as they say. My favorite is the Philly steak and cheese sandwich. Try it. You’re going to enjoy it

I called to place an order. While placing my order, I asked a question about their 20pc whole chicken meal. The woman on the phone rudely answered and hung up on me. I'm not sure about the chicken, but the customer service left me with a complete negative customer experience.

I ordered my food on DoorDash and for the first time I’m not satisfied with my order. I know ya be busy and everything but please take your time with our food I want to bite into my catfish fillet and be crispy you can hear the crunch! And my chicken shouldn’t be slightly rubbery that joint should sound crispy when pulling it apart no hassle at all. Fries were cold. With that being said do better and please take your time. I am willing to patiently wait for perfection of an well paid meal.

My food is always on point hot and fresh when I get it like I'm eating right out the skillet 😂🥰🥰🥰🥰 And the little lady at the front is always polite and has good energy 😊
