Stingers Coffee Shop

There are a number of coffee shops in Del Ray Beach, but a high Yelp rating brought me to this tiny shop inside The Ray Hotel. Walk inside the lobby and go right. The shop is at the very end. Walking in on a Monday in July around 9am, there was no wait. The barista took me order and within three minutes, I had an iced hazelnut latte in hand. It was refreshing and creamy! They sell a few grab-n-go items as well.

Very cute, inside the Ray hotel. But the coffee was not great…ordered a cortado, milk was steamed too hot and espresso was bitter. Also ordered a flat white, came as a full latte so too much milk. Disappointed cause it was very promising! Need to find an authentic coffee shop in the area

Located inside the Ray Hotel in Delray Beach, this was a nice quick stop by. The barista was friendly and made great recommendations, I tried the seasonal hot marshmallow moca late which was superb. They also serve a variety of drinks, sodas, snacks, chips, cookies, hot chocolate, latte, cappuccino, croissant, and many more. Definitely try this gem inside one of the nicest hotels in the area!

I had the best experience at this coffee shop today ! I was in the area after a workout class and had the most delicious matcha with avocado toast. The servers were so polite and kind and we had such a great convo ! Maddy was very kind and brought the food out to me and made sure everything was perfect. Great staff.

Great food, service, and coffee. Perfect spot for a simple take away breakfast.They have places for you to sit and eat as well
