Very friendly service and great selection of 🍦 ice-cream. If you order your 🍨 ice-cream in a dish 📡, the cone, sugar or wafer, is included in the price. Prices are reasonable. I tried a seasonal flavor, Pumpkin Oreo. It was very good! You get a lot for a "baby" size! I was told that they had good business on a winter 🥶 night at temperatures in the 30°s. When I was leaving, people were pulling in. Outside picnic 🧺 tables and play area for the kids. Maine Black Bear 🐻 , Toll House Cookie 🍪 and Mint Chip ice-cream were good 👍! Update: July 2025; Snickers Ice-cream was good 👍! 🍦 Ice-cream for Fido 🐕 available. I recommend this place for 🍦 ice-cream!

Amazing home made ice cream! It's my favorite ice cream spot for sure. Many different flavors to choose from and pricing Is not bad with the amount of ice cream you get! There's two picnic tables in front of you wish to eat there but you can't go inside it's just an order window. Definitely have to try it for yourself!

Went to the Fremont location today. Have lived in Fremont for 7 years. Go to Stillwells about once a week. I had a horrible experience with Juliet today. Have never gotten such bad attitude at an establishment as she gave me. Wow! Started ordering a quart of ice cream. Then realized my husband didn't know what he wanted. So I told the other young lady to wait on the people behind me because I wasn't ready afterall and didn't want to hold up the line. When I started ordering again I asked for something different and Juliet was very upset that I changed my mind. She said she already packed the quart I started ordering. I explained I didn't want it and had asked her coworker to hold on for my order and move to next peraon. Juliet was livid. I said I'm sorry you packed it already but I don't w

I recently visited this establishment for the first time and ordered a banana split. While the dessert itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the overall service. One of the staff members named Juliet was noticeably rude, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, another employee closed the service window to gossip with the first about my appearance and other personal details, which I could clearly overhear. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious. The lack of professionalism and the unkind behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and consideration, especially as a first-time customer. I hope management takes steps to address

The same great ice cream as served in other Stillwell's (Richardson's), though being on the edge of a marsh means you should consider bringing insect repellent. When I went there earlier this evening the mosquitoes were absolutely BRUTAL!!! My genuine recommendation would be for them to invest in some form of environmentally friendly mosquito control, such as a Mosquito Magnet, or introduce a customer loyalty program for free transfusions.
