Sticky Rice Lao, Thai & Sushi

the food here is so delicious!! my friend and I haven’t been to a restaurant where ever single plate was better than the last. very satisfied with our experience. wish i could gatekeep but we need to give them their stars.

We have gone multiple times as my family loves Lao style food.. The idea is amazing but the food consistency is lacking. The very first time we went we were very impressed, by the service and the food that we went home and told everyone, friends, family, customers, you name it. The times after were good, but not as good. Either things didn't taste fresh, or things were too salty. Our friends that went from our recommendation were disappointed in the food too which is sad because normally our recs are a hit, but they also said some of the food was saltier than what they're used to. Please work on consistency as we would love to keep coming here!!! 🙏 Also, their to go containers need to be sturdier and have better seals as a lot of their food has sauces and the clamshell boxes don't cut it

However, the overall dining experience was consistently undermined by easily correctable flaws in both the food preparation and the service execution. ​Food Preparation Issues ​The high quality of the curry flavor was hampered by execution errors with the add-in ingredients: ​Lemongrass: Large, coarse chunks were left in the curry. Because lemongrass is extremely fibrous, these pieces were unchewable and had to be awkwardly picked out or spat out, indicating it was prepared for infusion but served for consumption. ​Pineapple: The large chunks of pineapple retained significant heat from the sauce, causing bursts of scalding juice when bitten into. The food was delicious and the service: excellent. The food takes a few minutes to arrive because everything is freshly made and served piping hot. Highly recommended.

We went for a late lunch to this restaurant specifially to try the Laotian food. We were not disappointed at all! All of the food we tried wa well prepared, delicious and served beautifully. Definitely a restaurant we will return to. We started with the sticky rice, the Laotian sausages, and the sticky rice and pickled pork. All were delicious and exactly as described. Our server did and excellent job of recommending dishes as well as explaining the spice levels and typical way to eat the food. Next we had the Kow Piek Sen, basically a chicken soup with delicious fresh noodles. It was seved with a type of fried bread and various chili-based toppings which added to this soup. The bread was particularly delicious - hot and crunchy. We also shared the Kow Poon which is more of a cur
