Sticky Fingers BBQ & Cafe

I had the angrier pig 1/3 lb cheeseburger with bbq pulled pork, bacon, and mac and cheese. Plus, I had their loaded fries. Absolutely delicious! My friend had the sliders and sweet potato fries. He said that he will definitely be back. The smoke flavoring was perfect! The only thing that I would suggest is a thicker French fries for the loaded fries. Price for both of us with coffee was $ 34.00

Perfect BBQ, large portions, great price; what more could you want? The Kitchen Sink Nachos were awesome, and enough for 2 meals. The mushroom burger (I ate half before I thought to take a picture), was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the middle, just how I like them. Mike, the owner and chef, was fun to talk to and made us feel very welcome. We will definately be back when we’re in the area again.

We stopped in for lunch at Sticky Fingers BBQ in West Jefferson, and it was fantastic! My husband ordered the *Angrier Pig* and said it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had. I had the mushroom Swiss burger, and it was absolutely amazing. The owner was our server, and he took such great care of us. He was friendly and attentive, and even prepared our to-go order halfway through the meal so it would be ready exactly when we were. He went the extra mile and wrapped the bun separately so it wouldn’t get soggy — such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend this place. Great food, great service, great people. We’ll definitely be back!

I got the quarter rib rack with brisket. The two sides I got were hush puppies and onion rings. The onion rings were really good. The hush puppies were okay. The brisket sandwich rated a good 7 out of 10. It was to my liking nice and moist. Very flavorful. The quarterback of baby back ribs was very tender and flavorful. I hate to admit it. My favorite part of the meal was the deep fried Oreos. I never had them before but I've always seen them everywhere. I avoided them cuz I thought that they would be completely overboard on the oiliness and too sweet. But I was pleasantly surprised and they were a nice little treat. Overall I really liked this restaurant. The prices were really decent, and everybody was really nice and pleasant. This is definitely a do-again.

I love the food and the people are so nice there at the JEFFERSON location, BUT!!!! PLEASE WEAR GLOVES WHEN YOU ARE WORKING WITH THE FOOD!!!!!!! I watched you guys prepare my to go order, touching buns and moving pork on the sandwich with your BARE HANDS. I would’ve said something, but I didn’t want to hurt the young woman’s feelings. You’re all very clean people so I took the meal and left. But that doesn’t mean that you don’t have cooties somewhere on your hands. Please use gloves!!!! Thanks guys!!! Otherwise, a triple great experience!!!!!
