This is brick and mortar permanent public restrooms. Better than average park restrooms. There is no hand sanitizer but feels safe. The park is open morning to sunsets. Free walking access but need to purchase ticket to enter with vehicle. 2 min walking from the fishing pier. Opposite to the children’s park.
