Stevi B's Pizza Buffet

Pizza and salad were good, just extremely expensive and terribly slow. Salad took about 15 minutes, pizza took about 45 minutes. Only 1 other table in the dining with customers and they were eating when we walked in, then had two customers come in for the bar. I enjoyed the rest of my family did not. Pizza could have been cooked longer.

Atmosphere is ok, as long as they have enough people to clear and clean the tables. Sometimes there are not enough team members to always have someone cleaning. It's great if there aren't many kids there. When there are a lot of kids there, the parents don't take care of them, and let them go to get the pizza by themselves, and run around most of the time. That's why we usually go during lunch around 2-4pm, during the week!

I’ve been eating at Stevie B’s for over 15 years and I’ve always shown the brand love. We’ve hosted parties, luncheons for work and used catering. Recently, I was embarrassed in the store by a Caucasian manager with glasses on who made me feel as if I wasn’t a valued customer. I had an incident where I was double charged, when I contacted the restaurant about it I was told either it can be refunded or I could come back and enjoy a complimentary entry to the buffet to cover the double charge on any day that I selected. When I initially spoke to the attendant on the phone they told me if I had any issues let Levi know and he will take care of it. The manager on duty the day I came decided to belittle me with his tone and called Levi and then Levi told him he doesn’t remember me. The sad part

The food was great! My only problem is they ran out of pizza while it was busy. People were standing around waiting for fresh pizza to come out. The salad bar was great and fully stocked. Service was overall great! My son enjoyed the games. We will definitely come back!🙂

Today I would like to give 5 stars to Chef Levi for his wonderful customer service. He was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, down to earth and polite. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this location.
