HAIR IN FOOD! Typically like this place but safe to say after this morning we won’t be returning. We ordered egg & cheese bagels- upon unwrapping our food we found hair on either side of one of the bagels. When trying to remove it, it was stuck and cooked into the eggs. Never again.
First time visiting and I must say its definitely a nice cozy spot and the staff are great. I gave a 3 for food because I would've liked to know that my bagel sandwich only came with 1 egg and I dont feel that my turkey bacon was cooked long enough. I would've ordered more eggs to not feel like im just eating a bagel with flavor. The bagel itself was awesome too, i love fresh bagels. My son felt the same about the egg on his bagel sandwich as well. We both had egg whites.
This was a fun and unexpected find. The bagels here were phenomenal, me and my partner got a variety of sandwiches (the Warren, lox bagel, 2 different bagels with cream cheese) and each one was delicious. Hard to find good bagels out here and this was definitely a win. The place was cozy and comfortable, the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend stopping in, I'll definitely be back again!
Best bagels around, hands down. That's why it's so frustrating that this place is run so poorly. Simple orders take way longer than they should, don't be surprised if a 1/2lb of cream cheese takes 5-10 minutes while you watch half the staff stand around, and then you finally get your 1/2lb and it's the wrong variety. Every time we come here, without fail, there is some issue with either our order or the service. We won't order bagel sandwiches anymore because it takes too long and the consistency is not there. Quality control! This is a management issue, with some proper leadership and supervision over the staff, these issues would go away. There is plenty of staff on hand, but it feels like no one is in charge. If I were the owner I would get in here and lead by example and fix these issu
I stopped in on Sunday morning for a coffee and bagle. I was first very worried because I spotted a large sign that advertised their famous "pickle sandwich" wich didnt seem appetizing to me, but I absolutely love finding places like this one. The atmosphere was clean, and the staff was welcoming and super friendly. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, bagles, coffee and other beverages as well. The seating area is comfortable for about 30 people. Will definitely remember this location for any time I'm in the area.
