Hi Enjoyed good food friendly service. Your place would be even better with toilet paper in the very nice clean restroom ! None in the the extra roll space in the wicker holder. No extra in the 4 large drawers of the under sink vanity. Took two to go in and check for themselves - after I stated please could I just have a roll ? thought they’d hand one near counter. Then 4to 5 minutes to get a roll retrieved somewhere Kinda uncomfortable to wait. It’s 2:30 pm after the lunch rush - better check! She profusely apologized 🤗

A bitter cold day out and I wanted to find a warm spot to grab a drink and do some writing while I waited for an appointment. The café is a medium size, with a variety of seating options including small tables, large tables, raised counters, and sofas. I got a chai latte and a breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! The bacon on the sandwich was exceptional--I'm too used to the cheap, thin stuff at fast food spots. The chai latte was extremely hot but I know people like my wife love that (I waited for it to cool). Staff were friendly, the drinks and food came out quickly. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Parking is ample with the whole Piano Factory lot. Free wi-fi. A variety of people hanging out, chatting, working on computers--I didn't feel rushed or pushed to eat and leave. I would def

This place is a gem!! For being such a new coffee shop I expected some flaws just like every other new business. That was definitely not the case! The atmosphere is great! Nice and bright but not too bright and all the small details pull it all together. We received our coffee quickly, and wow was it good! Probably the best I have had in the Rochester area in a long time. Shortly after we got our food and that as well was fantastic. Definitely coming back very soon!!

Oh man! I live right around the corner and I've been missing out! Enjoyed a morning with my bestie here for the first time and we will definitely be back! I love that the bagels aren't super chewy so your sandwich doesnt fall apart when you take a bite, and the coffee is smooth and delicious. I got the steak and egg bagel and Nutella coffee. Sooo good.
