Stephanie's Barbecue IV - Portuguese Style B.B.Q.

For $11.10 I got half a rotisserie chicken, 2 cups of buttery soft rice and piping hot black beans. It could have fed a family of 4! Chicken was juicy and had great crisp skin and good flavor. It took only about 5 minutes to prepare. Napkins, sauces and utensils included.

Want to start off by mentioning how clean the place is and the restrooms, thats a big indication how clean the kitchen is. I ordered the grilled salmon with veggies and rice with a salad and the portions were huge. I had never tasted salmon that way and it was awesome! Crispy skin of salmon is yummy! Service was great! Will be back soon and highly recommend!

Nice cozy clean restaurant. The waiter was friendly and overall made this a pleasant experience. We had the beef ribs which had a good amount of meat on the bone, nicely seasoned and juicy. The big smoker was right in front of us and we could see the meat getting cooked Do yourself a favour and stop at Stephanie's Barbecue IV

The other day I ordered, Stephanie’s Barbecue IV, for dinner. I had ordered their BBQ Combo w/ Boiled Potatoes & Vegetables, and also got an order of their 12pc Cod Fish Cakes. It was an absolute treat! The BBQ was absolutely phenomenal and the veggies were extremely fresh, and complimentary. There was a great BBQ, smoky, flavor with a nice bark on both the chicken and the ribs. I would highly recommend the BBQ Combo. Their Cod Fish Cakes were AMAZING too! Great flavor and the size of each Cod piece was extremely welcoming. It was a bit pricey, paid about $37 for the two items ordered, but it was EXTREMELY worth it! I would HIGHLY recommend, Stephanie’s Barbecue IV, to anyone looking for some great Spanish BBQ food in the Newark area!
