Steak-Out Charbroiled Delivery

This is the Best Steak-Out Delivery of all the other Steak-Out Restaurants in Alabama and Georgia i have traveled for work for 20 yrs and have been to all but one Steak-Out and this one is by far the Best! I have ordered many Diners from this one and it is always Awesome! Keep up the Great work and Awesome food !

I ordered two entrees - a T bone and the combo, We were missing a salad and the condiments for baked potato. We also ordered two desserts, a chocolate cake ( it was good) and strawberry cheesecake, no strawberries and the cheesecake tasted sour. I could not eat it. I wish I had looked at their Google reviews before I ordered from Steak Out for our anniversary dinner.

I ordered the sirloin tips and they were fine. I ordered a bone waited an extra 20 mins for them to unthaw it and it was extremely over cooked. Ordered medium rare it’s closer to well done.

Two weeks in a row, we've gotten raw steak and rotten potatoes. We stopped even trying to order burgers, because they always had a pink center. We ask for "Very Well Done" for my wife, and this is the result. I'd like to be able to order something that isn't pizza when I can't get out, but the service here has gotten surprisingly bad. When I asked for a refund for this raw meat, I was refused by management.

I moved two yrs ago to where there is no steak out close by. I was so excited to order and pick up on my way home. The two staff I saw were very nice and there was no business other than myself. It was NO WHERE CLOSE to any other steak out I have had. I would have never guessed it was steak out if I had not ordered it myself. Very disappointed and wish I had read the reviews first. Cheeseburgers and tea was not good at all. Had I known the baked potato was going to be so small I would have cooked one at home and saved the extra money I spent. Sad.
