Steak 'n Shake

My experience at this Steak ’n Shake was much better than others I’ve visited. The Double Steakburger and fries came out fresh, hot, and seasoned just right, which made the meal really enjoyable. The burger had a good balance of flavor, and the fries were crispy without being greasy. The service was also a plus—the staff was polite and made sure my order came out quickly, which I appreciated since some locations can be hit or miss with wait times. The dining area was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt more inviting compared to other Steak ’n Shake spots I’ve been to. Oh my god the hospitality was wonderful, It was around 12 or 1 o'clock in the evening. A young man with a low haircut with glasses was very, very nice.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our food was prepared quickly. Plus the valentines decorations were nice.

First time eating steak and shake, I had the garlic burger fries and chili beans.I enjoyed it very much.I will return over and over to it here at steak and shake.Service is great but the food was out of this world

Hello, I am writing to report an issue I experienced during a recent visit to this locations. I ordered an Oreo milkshake with an strawberry base and was initially told this could not be done at that location. I explained that my family owns a stake and shake in Florida and that this is not part of company policy, and once it was clear that I was familiar with the policy, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. At that point, the General Manager approached me and stated there would be a $0.75 upcharge, which I accepted. I also requested extra garlic spread on a sandwich. However, an excessive amount was added—so much that my daughter was unable to eat it. Additionally, I ordered my steakburger “all the way,” yet the only toppings included were ketchup and mustard.
