Steak 'n Shake

We had a great dine-in experience. Friendly staff and yummy healthier fast food options. I love that you can order A2 milk for your kid’s meal. I understand it taking time to prepare the food because everything is fresh! It’s like a fast food diner experience. Will be back. <3

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. I sat at the drive-through speaker for 40 minutes while being told to hold on one second never got to order or receive my food sat there from 12:35 Am until 1:15am and never to place my order there was barely any one in the lobby and a lot of coworkers standing around I the drive through area mind you this restaurant closes at @4am

I love the taste, it's perfect, but there's one problem: the service for orders placed by car is very, very slow. Every time I wait at least 20 minutes, and right now, as I'm writing this, it's been 30 minutes. Everything else is perfect, but my only complaint is that the service is too slow, which is why I often have to eat at other places. Please fix this.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a double steak burger meal with extra pickles, no cheese. Got home it’s one single patty, one pickle, mushy onions & a pea size of ketchup. Also, the beans in the chili are hard and the consistency is extremely runny. To add insult to injury, I’ve been calling and no one has answered! Who’s running this business????!!

I came in late after a long night and go the best service i could have imagined. I wanted a milkshake that wasnt on the menu and struggled with the digital entry. An amazing staff member named Jackie came to the rescue. I was able to get what I wanted and more. Damn this place is amazing, once again. Can't wait to come back.
