Steak 'n Shake

The unlocking the soda with ur barcode, lol i find the whole idea of it very disruptive to the eating out moment. Everyone needs it to fill their cups up and if you want a refill you gotta scan the code again. Yeah I could take a picture of the barcode and send it to everyone in the group so we can freely get our refills but it was enough for me to say, I'm good.

My husband took me and my daughter to steak and shake and when we first walked in the staff was singing and dancing... And just working away, it was an awesome vibe they were so friendly and just doing there thing... We loved the singing and dancing, they were not stressed or in a bad mood... Thank you steak and shake staff for making it a great eating experience... Keep it up

The cleanliness of this restaurant is a massive public health issue. There is mold caked on the ice maker, the rug under the drink dispenser is so disgustingly coated in a sticky mess that it's matted and soaking wet. I am sitting here now, after walking across the floor I feel like I need to go home and wash my shoes. It's really bad. I took my daughter into the bathroom... Oh my gosh. It is awful! The sinks don't even work properly to clean your hands. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. The toilet in the handicap stall doesn't flush. And the same strange stickiness is covering the floor. The place is basically the same my whole life besides it the quality of the food seems like it has went down a little bit or maybe the variety of other places have changed the quality of their food I am not sure still a decent place to eat and the atmosphere is pretty decent
