Steak 'n Shake

The service was good. The food is overpriced for the taste and the amount received. We got a patty melt and garlic burger combo.. with a shake. Two dollars for additional bacon ( 2 thin slices) , ridiculous.

Our service was excellent! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Everyone we dealt with was friendly (our receipt showed the name Jenny). The manager came up and personally asked us if everything was good. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere nowadays let alone at fast food. The restroom shared with the gas station was clean and fully stocked. Please applaud the 1040ish am shift that worked on 12/17/2024!!!

First time trying this particular chain. The garlic burger was really good, the fries were...'different', but not bad. I'd definitely eat here over most chains. Bonus points for being inside a truck stop!

Fast, and friendly service. Dining area was clean, and plenty of tables to choose from. Only issue we had was push screen fountain drink was mis functioning, so it was holding people up. Bathrooms are clean.

Friendly staff, decent food, and a good resting point to stop driving. The fries were good. Although im not a fan of the nacho cheese sauce personally, the shakes were alright. The garlic burger was okay, I think I would want to try a normal burger next time. They do have coffee and a Coke Machine. Connected to a gas station and nearby is a grocery store.
