Steak 'n Shake

Food and milkshakes were great. Unfortunately I will leave a one star review for any kiosk that asks me for a tip. I am literally doing more than I used to do (no one here will take your order) and you have the audacity to ask me to supplement your employees wages. How about you pay them more? Tip culture must go.

Had a great time at this location! Never been to S&S before in my life and I was pleasantly surprised! I got the double bacon burger and husband got BBQ burger. The shoestring fries were delicious. SUPER clean restaurant, kiosk ordering was a breeze, and we got our food sooo fast. We also went around 9pm, so no one else was there, but we had a great time! Chocolate shake was fantastic.

Probably the best Steak and Shake I've ever eaten in. A 100 health inspection was proudly displayed when you go in. Ordered through their kiosk and our food was promptly ready. The burgers, fries and shakes were great and exactly as ordered. Outstanding.

Just lost a customer. The food used to be good, and that’s why we kept coming here. Today was an embarrassment of a hamburger, the patty was so thin you could practically see through it. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and even with two patties you could still see right through them. Like my husband said, the patty was thinner than the bill he paid for. We came in starving and left still hungry. Horrible. What a scam. It’s no surprise the place is always empty. At this rate, it’ll be closing soon, because I’m sure plenty of customers have had the same disappointing experience.

Not the Steak 'n Shake you remember from the 90's. You now bored from a kiosk and recieve a paper slip with QR Code for the soda fountain machine. Restaurant is decent and food is much better, but don't expect much in the way of service. The only time you interact with a human is when receiving your food or waving bye as you exit. However, it is by far the best burger and fries for the money.
