Steak Escape

I went in today for a cheesesteak. Upon entering, there were employess huddled up by the drive thru. I wasn't greeted. I had to speak first to them. As the guy caahier came up to take my order, I asked questions pertaining to what size and type I wanted. I opted to go with the large Triple Cheesesteak with Naked fries. A female came to the grill to begin my order. I saw that there weren't enough veggies for a large sandwich, so I asked her for more veggies. She said, "You goin have to pay for it, as if to say I didn't have it. So I said No problem and the guy came back to register to ring me up for additional veggies. I noticed her looking and i said "can you put the veggies on the grill so they will be cooked with the first ones? To my surprise she said she was waiting for me to pay 🤑 Are

The worst steak escape ever!!!! Order my my young lady repeated bk to me my Order. Get to pick up window my sandwich had ranch on it which I stated no rach..ok cool accidents happen sat there another 15m for them to make another sandwich wrong again no cheese or onion 😕 well dam no hey here is a drink or a fry while u wait nothing. They really try and cut corners not giving what u pay for..I'll give A plus for messing my food not 1 but 2x. Oh don't worry I'll take miles to go elsewhere..pissed

Food is not fresh the bread is either hard or crunchy portion sizes very little you don't get much I have tried to eat here several times but the staff seems like they just don't care or always in a disappointing mood... I just wish they were as good as any other steak escape

I want to give a glowing review of the Steak Escape that my husband, sister and I went to in Byram, Mississippi today. I consider myself a Foodie, and the the food there is absolutely amazing! I had the Black and Bleu sandwich, and omg, it's the best sandwich I've had in a long time! I love the uniqueness of the ingredients and flavors together! I also had the Loaded Fries, and those are incredible as well! It's been many years since I've been to a Steak Escape, but I believe the food at the one in Byram is even better than the one at Northpark Mall in Ridgeland, Mississippi!
