STAY Restaurant & Bar at Delta by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley

We had several disappointing experiences during our 5 night stay at the Delta hotel. Stay is chronically under staffed, we waited too long to be waited on, too long for food and even trying to get snack service at the bar. We had to cancel our breakfast order for 2 because after 30 minutes we weren’t going to have enough time to eat. At dinner the menu looked good, the plates looked good, but 6 or our 7 meals were brought to the table cold. Disappointing all around. More staff and solid management could turn this around.

We stayed at the Delta by Marriott, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a modern design that felt both cozy and luxurious. Also, location-wise and amenities (pool, gym etc) very impressive. Would highly recommend this place!
