State Street Pizza Company

LOVE this pizza! We are originally from the north east and we’ve lived in TX for four years and have yet to find a good, quality ingredient, New York style pizza- until we stumbled upon this place! We wish we were local because we’d be regulars here! Great pizza with good crust- don’t miss their homemade ranch!

This Southern CT girl, visiting Texas, stopped in and ordered my typical Sausage and mushroom pie. My expectations were low based on my past run ins with pizza outside of the New Haven area. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The crust is good. The sausage and mushrooms tasty. Tomato sauce needs some work. Less salt, more oregano and garlic. Now to the construction of it. The sauce is swirled on it and has partial coverage. The cheese is also in a swirl covering the spots without pizza. I would recommend it even if you are a pizza snob like me. 🤷‍♀️

Staff is amazing and friendly i love that! Pizza was good, french fries was tasteful! The mozzarella sticks spot on, BUT MY FAVORITE IT THE DESERT! I ended up getting the cheesecake and holly molly they won my review on that! Every bite was delicious! Give this place a try if you do end up coming there cheesecake is a must try!!

We stopped by to see the beautiful court house, sadly it is undergoing a renovation, so we opted to stop by and grab a drink and a slice. We had the taco pizza and it was great. Pizza isn’t on my list of favorite things but I really enjoyed it.

Pizza is good overall. I would recommend this to anyone if youre looking for a new spot to eat at! The dining area isnt huge, and it can get crowded easily. But the staff is friendly and warm
