Starbucks

I’m a regular customer at this location and I wanted to give a shout out to the “stars” of this team, Cara, Matt and Faith who greets customers by their names with a smile, my orders are flawlessly executed and always tastes amazing. Keep up the exceptional service!

I bought a lemon cake and açaí strawberry with lemon. The cashier did not take my name. The one who preparing the drink did put just like 4 slide of strawberry. Nobody call me to inform the cake was ready. All of them taking and not paying attention to the customer. A senior man came over to the manager and asking what happen with the bathroom is lock for long time. The manager answer in a rude way what you mean? So much rudeness. This happen on 03/02/2026 around 3:50 pm. Really poor customer services.

Decaf coffee is horrible, horrible, horrible. Poured out 1/3 and added cream twice to try and get the acid/bitter flavor knocked back. I asked if this was "coffee" or "espresso". I was told coffee, but by no reach of the imagination is this coffee. It was ground and dispensed like the espresso. Awful, awful, awful. I had to get a refund.

They always provide the best customer service. I accidentally ordered a hot Matcha and they made me a iced Matcha right away and it didn’t even charge me for it. Thank you Matt. You’re the best.

The food here is the usual Starbucks food but the people working here are exceptionally friendly. The atmosphere here is welcoming and relaxing, many people hanging out and enjoying the ambiance. What sells this place to me is the coffee served in a glass and the croissant in a plate. I’ve never ever seen this before at a Starbucks.
