Starbucks

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach. Plenty of parking. This location has a drive-thru. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was clean. However, one of the pics might suggest otherwise. Not sure if this is a normal thing in the Carolina’s because I don’t see this up north. If this is normal, it is what it is. The Iced Americana and breakfast sandwich were good.

I’ve always had great service at this location. Mobile pick up times are accurate and in store service is quick! Sometimes the iced coffees are a hit or miss but I’ve found that’s common at most places. Overall, I would recommend.

Conveniently located righr off 95S. Drove through today while on a long road trip. The employee working the drive thru was super friendly and got our orders correct. I had a customized iced shake espresso and my husband had a customized frappuccino. The perfect wakeup drinks for our travels ahead of us. I would definitely recommend this location to travelers.

This morning I went to starbucks 5019 raleigh st I ordered matcha which I have had before and it was really good but today I ordered 3 matcha and she made me 3 matcha lattes but it was not the one i wanted Then I told her that it was not really what I wanted. I ordered but she made some excuse like she didn't want to change my drink and she wanted me to order something else and she wanted me to pay more but her attitude was not remorseful and I didn't get an apology from her and she was very rude it seemed like she was racist towards me. I don't have a good impression of this place and that waitress. The drink on the left is the one I didn't want to order this morning because it looked so bland. Arrived at 4:57am and the staff did not acknowledge me until exactly 5am. Very petty of them to ignore a customer until their exact open time considering that they’re clocked in and getting paid since 4:30am. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice.
