Starbucks

it’s very nice in here and the drinks were good. service was good. however, there are flies all over the food displays, which i know occasionally some display treat are used to give to costumers. just a little disgusting and should be taken care of.

Caramel ribbon crunch is my favorite so far. Another good one is ice white mocha, with extra sweet cream foam and extra caramel drizzle. If you are a caramel fan these are the top two!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they don’t know what light ice is. they rush and tried to make 2 drinks at once and one has light ice but the other has ice to the top. Unacceptable. and they seriously charge extra for light ice? disappointing. It took me 3 sips to finish.

Horrible service at Starbucks in Whitehall short staff I understand but not saying anything personally or when entering the store, no some drive through person not a counter person that could nicely let everyone know say it but the lady in the drive through while 10 people already waiting and people in line she yelled 20 minutes wait because it’s just 3 of us instead of just politely saying hi guys sorry we had some staffing issues and we will do our best to get your order taken and prepared sorry for the inconvenience I just don’t understand how people can be so ignorant and still expect a tip we tipped but I don’t know if the wife hadn’t tipped I don’t know if I would have only for the way it was handled amazing how a little politeness can go a long way we expect better Starbucks!

A great experience each time I visit. This Starbucks location is on my route to work so I stop by 1-2 times a week. Each time I’m greeted kindly, the breakfast sandwich comes out warm and tasty, and my iced chai tea is perfect. I do an online order most times. I never have more than a 5 minute wait in the drive through line. Thank you for your great service!
