Starbucks

What you expect from Starbucks. Only reason this one is getting 5/5 is the staff goes above and beyond.

Always good and quick in and out when using the app.

The only Starbucks I frequent, as it's inside a Barnes & Noble 🙂 This means I get discounts via my B&N membership, and any purchases count towards B&N rewards. Never terribly busy, always friendly service, always clean. Just so.

I went and got coffee for myself and coworkers and when I placed the order the first time everything was okay. I got back to the job and it started raining and with the 5 drinks the cupholder got soft and I was able to save 3 drinks and had 2 casualties. When I went back with the 2 drinks and had to reorder them I was charged for them again and then made to wait forever for them to be remade. It is bad enough when someone has something bad happen but even worse when there is zero regard for it happening to them. I will make sure I let everyone here know not to do a group order at this location again.

No coffee. In the morning. 😠
