Ryan makes this Starbucks location shine! At the Prairie View & Ashworth store in Waukee, he’s the best little bit of sunshine anyone could ask for in the morning. Always happy to help, quick with great suggestions, and so genuinely friendly—it’s contagious. I hadn’t been going to Starbucks regularly for years, but because of this location (and especially Ryan), I’ve found myself coming back more often. The whole staff is great, but Ryan truly stands out among great people. Thanks for making mornings better!

Always fast and friendly. Using the the mobile app to place my order ahead of time and picking up my order inside gets me in and out in less than a minute every time. Starbucks espresso is a truly beautiful thing.

Nicely designed Starbucks. Very clean. Great staff. I got my first PSL of the season but since I gave up coffee awhile ago I got decaf espresso. The baristas accommodated my request with no problem. The drink came out pretty quickly. My spinach and feta wrap and cheese danish took a few more minutes to come out but they were at the perfect temp so it was worth the wait!

At 2/18/2026 got my drink at 7:26pm. Order at drive thru , staff let my pink drink sit on a the counter melting for 10 minutes. Holding the line- forgot about me.
