Starbucks

This place is one of the better Starbucks locations I visit and shout out to the barista Saniyah! She was so nice to me, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her!

This is my first time ever leaving a comment. My experience was very disappointing. I stopped by Starbucks in front of my house before going to work for convenience. I placed my order by phone and went to pick it up at the scheduled time, but the food I ordered for convenience came out extremely late. Waiting itself wasn’t the main issue, but it seem like nobody care. I wonder why other people leave Bad reviews.

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened, but I don’t usually leave feedback—especially negative feedback. I prefer to wait and reflect before writing anything, because feedback written in the heat of the moment can be unfair or inaccurate. Unfortunately, the service at this store has consistently declined to the point where I feel feedback is necessary. When I come with my son, I always go inside to place my order because he loves the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino (crème base), which has not been available for quite some time on the App. On multiple visits, I have walked into the store and stood at the register while employees looked in my direction, yet I did not receive a simple “Welcome to Starbucks,” “Hi,” or even “We’ll be right with you.” I understand that st

Ordered two pistachio cortados and they were really good. Fast service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Waited very long for my drinks. Was trying to be patient and so I finally ask the barista and he had it ready to the side of him the whole time. Which is fine it happens but as I ask him for another order that I am picking up he said I would have to wait awhile because he had other orders to do meanwhile there is no one waiting for drinks at the pick up side. Even then I said it’s fine but then a girl with her tablet came and pushed another costumers order (who just arrived to the store) to be one of the first to be ready and then after maybe an additional 10 mins she finally asked me. The worst part is you have to ask for sleeves for HOT drinks. Some of the drinks have them and others don’t. Not good service
