This is the Starbucks I visit frequently pretty much every day today was no exception I went through the drive-through. All I had on me was a $100 bill. The lady at the drive-through is usually really nice but today she asked if I had anything smaller but the $100 bill I stated to her no I don’t. She acted as if I was a problem. She was like well it’s really difficult to break. I don’t know why people don’t carry smaller bills complain to me that they only have so much in their drawer and that the other money is locked up she didn’t give me a stopper in my drink nor did she put a drink sleeve on my drink she was very rude. Hi, I usually order this drink almost every day, but today’s one tastes very different. I’m not sure who made it, but it doesn’t have the same flavor as usual and it seems like something is missing. I’m really disappointed with today’s drink. Could you please help check it for me?

I recently visited Starbucks and had a very enjoyable experience. I tried several of their seasonal and signature beverages, and each one stood out in its own way. The Chai Latte was perfectly balanced with a warm, comforting spice profile. The Pumpkin Spice drink lived up to its reputation, offering a rich and flavorful taste that felt distinctly seasonal. I also tried the new Pecan Latte, which was a pleasant surprise—the nutty, smooth flavor made it especially enjoyable. Overall, Starbucks continues to offer high-quality beverages, and I was particularly impressed with the variety and taste on this visit.

I frequent this location quite often. I'm not sure what has happened in the last couple of months. The service is always friendly and light, but the wait times have gotten excessive. The quality of the drinks has gone way down. I ordered a Vt. Iced Hazelnut Oat milk Shaken espresso just today and it was 100% ice to the top and a splash of coffee. This is a drink i get enough to know the difference. Maybe the training has changed? Maybe shrinkflation? Maybe someone is making them different, I dont know, just beware you won't get what you ordered from this location anymore. :/

The employees made my birthday 10x better I don't go to Starbucks for political and post their workers union forming, but going in for my birthday freebee and getting a decorated cup made me super happy! Thanks for being great baristas!
