Starbucks

Im not one to leave a bad review but I have never received such awful service at a Starbucks. The drive-theu wait is always 20+mins and cant go inside because its always closed. I tried to place a mobile order on my way to speed the process but it was unavailable also. Get to the speaker wait 5-6mins for someone to ask if anyone has helped me, I kindly say not yet and they ask if I had a mobile order. I stated no that it wouldn't allow me to which they responded, Well im sorry we are closed due to understaffed. DO BETTER Vidalia Starbucks

This is one of the worst starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to alot of them. Please no it's not the people who work in the store it is the owner who doesn't know how to mange a business. The inside is closed most all of the time and alot of times the whole store is closed. They are always short staffed and it takes forever to get your order due to not having enough staff. I love the individuals that work there they are the best.

The store is constantly changing its hours. The drive through wait time is horrendous. I usually order via the app and pick up inside. I always get a white chocolate mocha but three times in a row I got it and it was absolutely disgusting. And for the past month this location has consistently been out of what u always order so I’ve taken to going elsewhere for my coffee.

I don’t usually stop at Starbucks due to their prices are crazy high. This morning, I wanted some oatmeal so I decided to stop. The service was beyond slow. There were about 5 people in the drive thru so I decided to go in. The lobby was closed. I have been sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 mins. This is just poor management.

We always have a great experience at this location. The baristas are nice and I sometimes get suggestions on new drinks to try. I wish they would get more holiday items in, but I know they have no control over that. I love the drinks and food 😋
