Starbucks

It's in a mall having ACME, nail shop, Crunch gym, etc. High ceiling with white color, plenty tables and chairs, soft light, great service with drive through. It was comfortable to stay there and enjoy the coffee.

Reading some of these reviews is both entertaining and saddening. Why do people think they deserve an optimum atmosphere at a random Starbucks?? "I couldn't do my work because the music...", "The workers wash the dishes too loudly...", "The workers have the gall to sing along with the music...". Sounds like a bunch of left-wing Karens to me. Grow up... The world happens around you. If you want a quiet atmosphere, go to the library, not a Starbucks where everyone is blitzed off of multiple large coffees.

I came in to get coffee and work for about 2 hours while PECO turned off the power at my house for tree work. I work from home so I thought Starbucks would be a good place to work in this instance. The music was so loud that it made it very difficult to concentrate and hard to participate in the short meeting I had scheduled. I'll find a co-working space instead next time.

Ordered a nitro cold brew. The person who took the order was welcoming and pleasing. He very well tried to understand when I asked him for an extra lid and gave me one. Easy drive through. Nice outdoor seating setup.

This place doesn’t feel like it's for customers—it feels more like a playground for the Starbucks crew. They shout at each other across the store, joke around loudly, and even sing along to the music at full volume, paying little attention to the comfort of the customers. Even when washing dishes or cleaning, they make unnecessarily loud noises, and the music is often played at a volume that is painful to the ears. I love Starbucks, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. There’s an elderly couple who visits frequently, and every time they walk in, their eyes widen with clear discomfort. I suspect they, too, may stop coming soon. I believe Starbucks should place greater emphasis on crew training and attitude. This store is in a great location and has a beautifully designed
