Starbucks

We came on January 10th 2026, We ordered 2 iced white mochas with cold foam and carmel drizzel and one birthday cake- cake pop and the first time we got two iced peppermint hot chocolate and two cake pops and when we said that's not what we ordered there was instant attitude and what they gave us back was literally just milk, carmel, and cold foam. No coffee in the drink at all, terrible.

I ordered a grande skinny vanilla latte made with almond milk. At the travel plaza, it cost two dollars more than at my local Starbucks. What I got did not remotely taste the same as the local Starbucks . It didn’t taste like there was any vanilla at all, and the drink was watery. On my way home, I decided to stop again thinking it had to have been a fluke the first time. No, it was the same bad drink. I gave them two stars for consistency. Consistently bad. Time to find a new place to stop to get fuel and a decent drink

Just watched the lady making the drinks expertly handle a horrible customer. (1:20 pm on November 4, 2025.) Hats off to all three employees but especially her. I appreciated that she remade my drink as the mean customer caused so much of a mess that my drink got cold. That was very kind.

Winter hours they open a 7am, couldn't get coffee. Other starbuck open at 5am or earlier. And there's a lot full of truckers that need coffee.

Wow… it was such a fun experience watching my drink take longer to make than it would’ve taken me to walk home and make it myself. Ordered and paid for a venti (large), got a medium instead—love that for me. And the best part? A handful of employees just standing around like they were watching a live show while the rest of us waited. Truly iconic service.
