I like Starbucks for their consistency in their product. But this place failed on so many levels. The frapuccino was basically a frozen cup of milk with an ever so slight coffee essence. The service was way below par. Is it this store's policy to not smile? Smiles are free and they plant the seed that becomes a tip. I don't plan on going back to this place. I've just never been so disappointed with a Starbucks.

Have to give props to this group. I ordered a last minute coffee because it didn't look busy, but there was a large order in front of me. I asked them to cancel the order because the boarding appeared to be about to close and walked to my gate. As I was about to take my seat, a Delta employee hand delivered my coffee on the plane. That was so great, and unexpected. I truly appreciate the quality customer service. 👏 i couldn't even go to tip them on the app and wanted to make sure they get the recognition and thank you from me. Ty 😊 ☕️

workers can't speak english. Not safe when handling food or dribk producta. Tried to get a refund. Told that they can only give refunds through the app. Place should be shut down.

One of worst Starbucks experience ever. Asked for iced quad espresso in a venti cup but they forgot to relay venti cup to the barista. I ended up getting served in tall cup so I asked to put them in a venti cup and the barista gave me a look and said you should have asked for them from the beginning. I responded, smiling, I did but she did not bother listening as if I was not there. To make things worse, I've had my share of iced quad espresso and i know to expect when i have them in a venti cup full of ice but it did not seem like quad espresso at all.

Appalling customer service. Possibly forgivable if the coffee came out right. It did not.
