Starbucks

I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but this time I felt like I needed it. I was tired and had a long flight ahead. So my friend and I decided to get caramel frappuccinos. When I tasted mine, it didn’t have that caramel flavor, so I compared it with my friend’s drink since she ordered the same thing. Right away, I went to ask if I could get a replacement because it just didn’t taste right. The manager was really nice, kind, and cheerful, she made it right for me and prepared a new one.

I was helped today by Demitrius, he was a very kind and upbeat barista. He made my coffee quickly, it tasted great and did it all with a smile on his face. It was very refreshing to see someone enjoy their job and do it well. Cheers to you Demitrius!

It seems silly to write a review for an airport Starbucks, but with SLC airport as my home airport, and as someone who travels for work often, I frequent this location very regularly. Several times I’ve thought to myself “wow, the folks who work here are amazing, but surely it’s a fluke.” After now visiting 10+ times and always having a great experience, I felt it was finally time to leave the review acknowledging how awesome the staff are here and how great they make the experience. Smiles, warm, welcoming (in a genuine way), fast and efficient, accurate… not enough good things to say. They nail it. THANK YOU for making our days brighter and our travel experiences a little bit better.

I have frequented this Starbucks location at the Salt Lake City International Airport multiple times, and each visit continues to impress me. The exceptional service provided by the staff consistently stands out, with one instance where a patron took the time to personally commend the manager for their outstanding work. This sentiment is shared not only by myself but also by my wife and our entire family. The team at this Starbucks excels in their service delivery, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional experience they provide. Wow, what an amazing experience. I had to sprint the entire length of A terminal (first time in salt lake). I hadn't eaten in hours (long flight, plus stuck on the tarmac). I jump into Starbucks and grabbed the first thing I saw because I was about to miss my flight. The person behind the counter said, hey, take it, I'll pay for it, go make your flight.
