Starbucks

I haven’t taken a sip of my drink and half of it is foam. My drink was supposed to be an iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. When i noticed it was half foam, i asked if they intended for it to be so foamy because it usually isn’t and I was met with a “yea it’s shaken” in a rude tone. They eventually agreed to remake it but it was just as foamy. I left a reference image of what it usually looks like.

The workers at this Starbucks have made over 6 orders wrong, even when ordered online. It should not be hard to read off a list to add the exact ingredients, except, it has been made possible by the workers here. Not only this, but the employees are extremely rude to customers. At least if you aren't skilled at something, you should be nice or vice versa. It is disappointing how such terrible service has not been corrected yet. This reflects directly on the establishment and management, who fail to resolve and fail to train the employees to treat customers with respect, especially after receiving multiple complaints.

I don't know what the reason for the following is but they always seem to be out of stock for everything. Students commute from hours away and stay in college for 10+ hours, the least they can do is provide adequate meals. Everyday the food items are out of stock within 11 am and they won't restock it for the rest of the day. All the other food chains close at 5pm or 3pm so students just have to starve or rely on fluids and vending machines for the rest of the time, or drive 20 mins to find a good food chain. Another possible reason I have found is the immensely large groups of campus visitors who are encouraged to use the same food resources/chains as students, finishing everything at sunrise. They need to open new food chains for longer hours/have more options or stop using UTD student r

It’s actually as bad as people say. I’ve been here about 10 times and there hasn’t been a single one where my order was either on time, correct, not missing an item, or all of the above. They say orders are ready on the mobile app just to look good on time when they never are, students walk up and take orders that aren’t theirs, the service is wildly slow, and I’ve had them remake drinks and STILL BE WRONG the second time. Just don’t waste your time. Go the 5 minutes down the road off campus to the other one.

The presentation of the food is bland, and the taste likewise. I would recommend saving your money. Starbucks would be wise to add flavor to their food and maybe even freshness. I usually get a flat white but at this location, they practically just pour milk into it, you understand why that's a problem. They appear to be overstaffed, and not very skilled at making the drinks. This location has quickly become a fail.
