Starbucks

The barista couldn't even look up to take my order and was borderline rude. I've never been in a Starbucks where the people have been rude.

Stopped by from out of state. Tanayja was extremely helpful and kind. GREAT atmosphere and people.

After being open several years. This shop is still not friendly. I had a lovely time sitting outside the chairs were comfy. I had strawberry lemonade fresher. Its always so good. I've never been in a Starbucks where I've found the staff to be friendly.

these teenagers need some education in customer service and how to streamline orders. They take no accountability for their mistakes. The chick with piercings and eyeliner was rude with a dumb stare like she didn’t have the capacity to understand THEY made a mistake by not ringing up an order we paid for.

Every time we go there and get a iced caramel macchiato they always give us a cup with a lid that don't go on and it's spilled inside of a brand new car and they just looked at us like oh I'm sorry it got in your car and then they tried to give us another cup and I had to fix the cup and put the new lid on it in the parking lot. They didn't try to help me at all every time. This is not the first time this has happened. This is like the third time or fourth time has happened and it's also happened at other Starbucks across the country that I've stopped at. I just wish that Starbucks could get their cups and lids from a different distributor who actually got a lid that fit on the cup
