Pleasant experience, drinks were awesome. The new lavender drinks are amaze balls for sure! Update I frequent this store regularly through the drive-through every day and I pay for the order behind me and I tip well today was the first time I came to the drive-through and had the most unpleasant large woman ever very rude didn’t greet. I tipped her twice on the order I had in the order behind me giving my drink half full after I paid damn near eight dollars for it doesn’t tell me to have a good day just close the window, absolute trash service absolute trash service !!! I wish I knew how ignorant that lady was gonna be before I tipped her twice because if you’re reading this lady, you didn’t deserve any tip at all. This Starbucks on Rt. 44 in Raynham is consistently slow, unorganized, and inattentive. I’ve given it many chances, but it never improves. Even when I’m the only customer inside, there are 4–6 employees behind the counter and it still takes 10–15 minutes to get a simple drink. One person runs drive-thru, one makes drinks, and the rest stand around talking or laughing while the counter line builds up. Ask about teas — which are sweet or not — and you’ll get blank stares. Staff seem completely untrained and unconcerned. The fix is simple: work as a team, move with urgency, and focus on customers instead of conversations. Until management steps in, this store will keep losing loyal customers. Do better, Raynham Starbucks management

4-5 employees 1 drink 1 item = 20 full minutes waiting without even big line there. Half of stuff having good time to speak and laugh. Slowest starbucks ive ever been.

I’m leaving this feedback purely with a good heart because I enjoy Starbucks. Training your team the differences between Dark roast and Medium roast is crucial. Far too many times I’ve ordered a Dark Roast and I’ve left with Medium roast. This just happened to me this morning (again). This time I noticed it was wrong but I bit my tongue because it’s my fault for continuing to go there lol. Lesson learned but please do better 🫶🏽 Also take pride in the work you’re doing. Don’t give someone a cup that’s dripping with coffee, stained all over, where’s my stopper? Lol truly I know times can be hard but that’s bare minimum indeed. All love Dark Roast - Caffè Verona ☕️

I had an amazing experience with the barista Mikayla today, she was so thoughtful and had good energy and genuinely cared to make sure that I was happy with the outcome of my coffee. I’ve never had an experience like that before and I’m so appreciative thank you to Mikayla and all of the girls working it was a great experience with you girls!!!
