Starbucks

Just moved here and this is the closest one to me and 3 out of 5 times I have been there they have messed up my coffee order. “Nonfat mocha no whip extra hot, and by the way Mae sure it is NOT white because I am allergic to it!” All three times I got a white mocha. I shouldn’t have to check to see if it’s right, it’s not that difficult. If my allergy was severe enough, the situation would have been a lot worse. You all need to pay attention when a customer points out an allergy. Period!

It was my friends birthday and the free drink reward wasn’t popping up on her app for some reason. The right thing to do would be to have great customer service and give her the drink anyways. Instead, she rudely said she can’t honor the reward since it wasn’t showing up in her app. You could clearly see her birthday date in the app on her profile, but the woman disregarded it. She made my friend pay for a drink, did not say happy birthday to her, or even have a good day. VERY disappointing. Do better Starbucks.

I ordered online because i have a severe anxiety disorder and i dont go to starbucks often. I pulled up to the speaker and nobody said anything and the screen was black. I figured the drive through was closed and i had to go in. I pulled up and there was a line. I guess i should have waited longer. When i got up to the window i was told i had to go back around, mind you i already ordered, paid for my food, and waited in line and the one drink that i ordered was probably sitting right next to her. I ordered a Frappuccino so when i finally received it, it was more like cold coffee. It still tasted good but the experience gave me a panic attack and my Frappuccino was melted. 🥺 pls fix your screen.

I was there for about 10mins before someone even came over to ask me for my order. There were about 7-8 staff members, 2 who were on their phones not caring one bit that there were customers in the place. It was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be ordering or going back. I will find a different place to go in the morning for coffee.

I ordered two Frappuccinos - one white chocolate and one vanilla. Delicious. The drive through line was long, so I went inside. Ordering was super quick especially since I used the Starbucks app. I used points for one drink, so it was free! The other I used a gift card that is attached to the app. Usually I just pre-order through the app, but my son was with me and wasn't sure what he wanted. As always, Starbucks is consistent with their products! Great place to stop!
