this is my favorite Starbucks because it's so spacious and it has a really fast moving drive-thru!
This is my FAVORITE Starbucks. Everytime I go there I am warmly greeted and the baristas are quick and efficient, while being friendly and accommodating. I know this is a busy Starbucks but I always get my orders quick and correct! Love that!
I was in this Newcastle Starbucks today and they were short-staffed but Mia still made us exactly what we ordered, was communicative and apologetic about the delay and still made us thankful that we'd stopped with her cheerful and friendly attitude. Great job kicking butt and a heartfelt thank you to her!!
Don’t come here after noon, possibly the slowest service I’ve ever encountered regularly at a Starbucks. The drive through took over 15min!
I visited this Starbucks in Newcastle today and told the barista my name is Jing. Without asking for the correct spelling, they wrote “Ching” on my cup. This term is historically offensive and racist toward Asians. It was disrespectful and made me feel targeted. I hope this is addressed and staff receive better cultural sensitivity awareness. Yes I am Asian.
