I’ve worked at Starbucks for a long time, and I can say without hesitation that this location is not being held to Starbucks standards. While most partners have been kind and clearly trying their best during the busy holiday season, my experience today was unacceptable. The barista at the register was openly rude and dismissive: no greeting, an abrupt “Name.” before I had finished ordering, no response when I said thank you and wished him a good day, and my name was written incorrectly in a way that felt intentional and disrespectful. Everyone has off days, but this went beyond that. This was a clear lack of basic customer service and professionalism, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. Worst service. CHAOTIC. ABSOLUTELY NO HOSPITALITY. You order and wait, they dont even care to tell your order.

Ordered Iced Hazelnut Oat milk Shaken Espresso and it was so different than shown in photos. Compare my uploaded my photos with photos shown on their website. Mine had 90% ice and 10% coffee. This is not done Starbucks. Never again ordering 90% ice in 7.3 bucks (w tax).
