Starbucks

I've had this tumbler on my list of things to buy i received a giftcard for my birthday and immediately went to go grab the one ive had my eye on, first i went last night and the cup had no barcode and the 3 girls behind the counter told me they couldnt do anything without the manager. Okay fast forward to next morning the lady at the register informed me they dont take starbucks gift card for tumblers. Also she tried to charge me 24.99 for a cup that was only 19.99 🙄🙄🙄

Starbucks located on lower floor at target. Close to the mall entrance. Staff was friendly and nice.

I ordered the pineapple refresher with lemonade today and the drink itself was good. I don’t like the pineapple chunks because it tastes like cardboard soaked in sugar. The staff got their orders done in a timely manner. Good job.

-5 starts NOT AGAIN This is 2nd day back to back I ordered to make sure is, again my order hot caramel macchiato 3/4 filled!!! staff is careless about customer service and poorly slow.

They say the store is open till 8 pm. But the people working there are in such a hurry to clean up and close the place. The toasters are shut down at 7 pm itself. When asked about why, they simply said we have to clean up. I asked them but isnt your store open till 8pm. They said it’s what it is. I mean if that’s the case please put in your timing as 7 pm and not 8 pm. The people working there are rude and highly demotivated to do their job. It’s the case with both the stores in the Pheasant Lane mall.
