By far the slowest Starbucks I have experienced. Waited for 40 minutes in a line of 15 people just to place my order. Staff kept walking away for several minutes at a time. This place needs to be shut down and rebooted with better training. People in airports usually don’t have the luxury of time so fast and efficient service is important.
This Starbucks located in Concourse H is the absolute epitome of terrible customer service. This location diminishes the Starbucks brand as the level of service is not what one would expect. Two orders were placed at 10:13 am and 10:14 am respectively, first order was received with six minutes albeit the pink drink was made immediately after I informed the barista that it was missing from my order. The second order was partially delivered at 10:29 am. When my niece asked for the status of her beverage, she was informed by the older black lady that she did not have her order and was dismissed. Another 3 minutes later she asks another barista who instructs the first barista to make the drink. The barista does not comply. It’s now 10:43 and we demand a refund. The barista (black lady) then s
Staff training and attitude is very poor. Line of 40 people, and then bad experience when ordering and waiting. Would recommend anywhere else for your coffee than this location.
Allow for 30-40 minutes to receive your mobile order, or that was the case on a Thursday morning at 5am. Very understaffed for the amount of people waiting in line and mobile orders. Evidently, with the abundance of slow service reviews over time, owners/managers don’t appear to care. We have been slowly abandoning many locations for the same reason. Yet publicly, they wonder why sales are declining. Clueless.
Horrible!!! Ordered on the app and it was 20 min late from the time it gave me...I had to abandon my $32 order to get to my gate, I was the last one on the plane. Thet are the slowest workers.. If you work at a coffee shop, you should be faster! In even tried to speak to someone and they were dismissive!! Don't give Starbucks a bad name gate 4 Starbucks....
