This is the best Starbucks in town! I will go out of my way to go to this one. Great customer service, Maria and her staff know what they are doing to make the customers feel welcome and the drinks are always on point! Keep up the good work!!
We ordered two hot coffees, one extra hot and they refused to provide either sleeves or an extra cup to protect our hands from the heat. Are you cutting costs at the expense of your customers' safety? Shame on you.
My mom went and got me a venti matcha frappuccino. When she came back I had drank my frappuccino and noticed it wasn't iced at all. It was ALL LIQUID!! IM AM SO MAD THAT MY FAVORITE DRINK GOT RUINED BY THE EMPLOYEES WHO MADE MY DRINK LIKE THAT. IM NEVER GETTING MY STARBUCKS IN MADERA ANYMORE!!!!! I'm strictly going to the Starbucks in chowchilla because they know a frappuccino is supposed to be more frappuccino then liquid
Juliana and esme were excellent! loved my drinks so delicious! Yum worth coming to this location!!
The employees say hi to when you walk in. They are super sweet and make sure you have your order!
