Starbucks

I gotta give it to the 7 baristas that work out of this Starbucks inside terminal 4 today. You guys work super hard and it does not go unnoticed, being able to serve all the people not only from one terminal but like myself from other terminals to serve us our drinks without stopping. I appreciate you guys so much. The way u guys manage long lines, great job. Hope other starbucks open in the other terminals in a future so it can lighten the load. Hope you all get a well deserved vacation.

love this team, I come everyday they are always so great to me and all the guest. only concern I have is their manger she always has an attitude, and is always trying to micromanage from afar. the team does a great job at getting everything out on time I never had to wait no more then 10 minutes for my stuff. Great job don't let her ruin your guys mood keep up the good work, your hard. work doesn't go unnoticed we appreciate you.

can not lie. the team is amazing. some of the nicest people to ever work customer service. my one issue is with, don’t know if it’s a manager or owner, but she’s rude. she creates problems where there isn’t one. i’ve seen her berate her baristas & rush them when there’s a long line. as someone who works customer service that isn’t the way to uplift a team. shame. will be coming back for the team tho love them.
